DENHAM WA

Its not difficult to see why Denham, on the shores of Shark Bay, is a popular tourist destination. With beautiful beaches of clear, brilliant, blue, waters and pure white sands, one would think that you were in the tropical far north. Other attractions like the nearby Monkey Mia nature reserve and free camping opportunities in National Park sites along the coast attract many Western Australian and interstate visitors. The downside is that Caravan Park spaces are hard to find and expensive. We paid $30 for an overnight stay on gravel, without power or water; an expensive shower. Aside from this, I did enjoy Denham and recommend making a visit.
