The Southern journey begins with an overnight stopover at "The (Devils) Pebbles", only a few kms down the road from The 3 Ways and an Aboriginal Sacred Site where the local mob kindly allow us to share. Much quieter than expected with a few other vans that nowhere near reached capacity. The local information board provided all the facts needed to understand the significance of this place, so will not retype here, just refer to the Photos. The impressive formation of rounded rocks served as a warm-up for the more spectacular "Devil's Marbles", our next stop on the way to Alice Springs.
